Their shifts are something like 4am-8am but they rarely get done by 8:00. If you come later in the day rather than early in the morning this problem can likely be avoided. Don't get me wrong - it bothers me too. My job is to put into the system what we're out of as far as folded clothes and also to stock the tables - not to stock the whole store. The "flow team" bothers all of us, frankly, and gets in everybody's way. Not to mention how bad it makes the store look. In short, I agree with you completely, and since I don't really have any executive power, am just trying to help you avoid Flow completely.
