Dayton Marketing Community on Squidoo: Updates, Updates, Updates!

It has been a few weeks since my last post, and boy have I been busy. Life is good, as I am get­ting accli­mated to my new posi­tion as an account exec­u­tive at Hafen­brack Mar­ket­ing. The job is amaz­ing, and the peo­ple here are uber tal­ented and extremely friendly. Every­day I get to help Day­ton busi­ness own­ers cre­ate and exe­cute strate­gies for growth. There is never a dull moment, and best of all, no cubi­cle. Suf­fice it to say, I am hav­ing a blast. While I have had lit­tle spare time to devote to blog­ging and the like in the last few weeks, I have man­aged to make some enhance­ments to my Squidoo project known as Day­ton Mar­ket­ing Com­mu­nity. The site attempts to aggre­gate many of the pro­fes­sional mar­ket­ing related events in the Day­ton area into one site. It also lists job post­ings, has links to pro­fes­sional orga­ni­za­tions, and even has a blurb about me and my job. (should you be in need of mar­ket­ing assis­tance, con­tact me) Recent addi­tions to the site include links to Gen­er­a­tion Day­ton, PRSA, and IABC. Addi­tion­ally, I have posted com­ing Day­ton Cham­ber events on the cal­en­dar along­side the already full slate of hap­pen­ings which includes the Day­ton AMA, Greater Day­ton Adver­tis­ing Asso­ci­a­tion, and the Down­town Day­ton Part­ner­ship. I hope that I can cre­ate a resource that adds value to our com­mu­nity, and makes life a lit­tle eas­ier for us all.
