Dave,

How I yearn for a pie from Cassano's. I have found the pizza in the Washington D.C. area to be very unexciting. One of the things I miss most about home is the pizza. Your blog couldn't be more right. Pizza truly does very by region.

Jason,

I have to agree that OE has some tasty pizza. Pizza Factory is also amazing. Another I overlooked is Little York, north of town, which has delicious "Dayton Style" pizza. Thanks for the comments.`

David,

You forgot to mention the pie at the Oregon Express in the Oregon District, which fits the description of a "Dayton Style" pizza very tastefully, and its free during happy hour on Fridays.

Your research is much appreciated. The Pizza Factory and the O.E. get my vote!
