    I love it! In my job I’m always try­ing to explain how cer­tain appli­ca­tions work… yet I can tell that the folks on the other line of the phone are scratch­ing their heads.

    Dur­ing recent remote demos, I’ve been pulling up a blank Word doc, and using it like a white board, to illus­trate how the appli­ca­tions work. Great for the visual learners.
