As a creative, I often feel hampered by the buzz of phone calls, emails, and &quot;emergencies&quot; that seems to start at 9:00 am and run straight through to 5:00 pm. All too often I find that the creative / inspired part of my brain isn&#039;t really freed up until the evening, when I&#039;m (literally) washing off the cares of the day in the shower or relaxing in bed with a cup of tea. That&#039;s when ideas for stories, headlines, and content for pieces I&#039;m working on all seem to come flowing into my head.

With all this in mind, I welcome any ideas on triggering my creativity and helping to make it a more natural and spontaneous part of my daily work.
