If I Was In Charge of… City Life Sculptures in Dayton

For the sec­ond year in a row the City of Day­ton, along with the Down­town Day­ton Part­ner­ship, has brought in 20 of the mag­nif­i­cent bronze sculp­tures sculp­tures of J.
