		<description>This is an interesting concept.  Note that most physicians are still using paper records. They AND their staffs are a little skittish of tech.  

BUT there are some tech savvy doctors to be found.  Suggest that this would be best piloted in a specialized area--one with a good follow-up network already in place. For example, I know that COPD/asthma patients have support groups as so sleep apnea patients.

I don&#039;t see this being adopted to follow-up with a sinus infection, but chronic sufferers who need to monitor their situation and possibly adjust treatment over time, could greatly benefit.</description>
