    Andy, as usual, keeps it real. She gave some great HR tips and infor­ma­tion regard­ing the ever-evolving trends of HR.

    I com­pletely agree with the com­ment David made about clo­sure. I send a brief let­ter to all appli­cants for clo­sure pur­poses. I don’t want to leave any­one hang­ing, and I agree that this is a good mar­ket­ing tool for the com­pany. It really is all about pro­mot­ing your­self in the right way and pro­mot­ing your cor­po­rate cul­ture. You want to attract the right appli­cants from the start. If you attract and hire the right appli­cants there is less chance for turnover which is a very costly sce­nario for employers.
