I completely agree with the comment David made about closure. I send a brief letter to all applicants for closure purposes. I don&#039;t want to leave anyone hanging, and I agree that this is a good marketing tool for the company. It really is all about promoting yourself in the right way and promoting your corporate culture. You want to attract the right applicants from the start. If you attract and hire the right applicants there is less chance for turnover which is a very costly scenario for employers.</description>
